Approach
Leveraging existing customer research Coyote owned, we collaboratively validated key personas and created journeys in a full day workshop to help us understand the needs of the new experience. We then did a content audit and content strategy in order to inform and develop the final site architecture that would speak to the unique audiences.
From there wireframes/prototypes were created that illustrated the new experience and informed the final design and content requirements.
Outcome
Prototypes that illustrated the new experience which allowed various audiences to triage their needs, from finding the right logistics solution, to getting on board as a carrier from any device.
